Oh, what a shame! The room was marvelously unclean and the door refused to lock.

We loved the location, surrounded by stunning natural beauty and breathtaking views. the house was beautifully furnished with every room full of character and had a very welcoming vibe. It was very clean and well-maintained from top to bottom. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the portion sizes were generous enough to keep us going all day. the beds were comfortable, and we slept soundly.

We did not like the fact that the door to our room did not lock despite reporting it to the receptionist.

Balnakeilly House is my go-to spot. Staff found my lost car keys! It's perfect for me with Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and cots. I keep coming back every weekend.

We had the most incredible stay imaginable at this luxurious hotel. From the moment we walked in, we were in awe of the beautiful views and utter luxury of this place. The house was impeccably decorated, and every room was perfectly considered. The staff was amazing, especially Sophie, who went above and beyond to make our wedding experience incredible. We truly felt at home and couldn't have asked for a better stay. The photographs really don't do justice to the charm and quality of this venue.

That the breakfast was not as advertised due to the chef being given time off. However, this small inconvenience does not take away from the overall amazing experience we had at this hotel.
